With the project requirements defined, Cyrulean is well positioned to help you determine what technology/toolset will help you reach your stated goals. Cyrulean has experience with all key technologies, but does not have an exclusive or sponsored relationship with any one vendor in the marketplace. We are not motivated to favour a particular solution or technology, but rather to direct you to the best solution for your specific goals and requirements. Cyrulean promises objectivity in any advice that we offer on tool selection.
Key criteria that we use to help clients make decisions are:
- Does the technology meet the end-user requirements?
- Does it meet the expected performance requirements (allowing for possible future considerations as well?)
- Is it cost-effective?
- Are the skills necessary to run/maintain the solution readily available, or rare and expensive?
- Is the proposed vendor likely to be a long-term player?
